Manufacturers

If you make a product Welwa scans, and you believe our data about your product is wrong — please email manufacturer-disputes@welwaapp.com with the product's GTIN/UPC and the specific data you'd like corrected.

We review disputes within 48 hours. Welwa always displays manufacturer-provided label information as the primary source of truth. User-reported reactions are secondary, time-limited to the last 12 months, require a minimum of 5 independent reports before any aggregate display, and are always paired with manufacturer contradictions when applicable.
